Senior Brand Network Support Executive
When I joined as a temp in 2015, I didn't know anything about Smiths News. In fact, I hadn't come across a role like this before. I was intrigued by the position and the opportunity to work for a large company. Of course, in the back of my mind was always the hope that it would lead to a permanent role. In 2016, it did! Since then, I've have been promoted, so it's all going really well. One of the best things about what I do is being left to get on with the job. No two days are the same. And despite being field based, there are strong working relationships within my team - where everyone communicates on a regular basis and has the full support of the management.

Before I applied, I knew very little about Pass My Parcel. I was told it was a relatively new company and that my contact centre and IT skills would make me a great fit for the team. I soon realised that it's a fast-paced working environment with unique challenges that keep us moving forward, helping us build partnerships with new businesses. We regularly collaborate with other areas of the business, which enables us to build great relationships, sound out ideas and come up with solutions together. It's the diversity of my role that keeps me interested. And I've a feeling that more variety and new opportunities are just around the corner!
