I initially joined Instore in 2013 and now I manage the Sainsbury's, WHSmith Travel, IF and Rieves accounts. I spend a lot of time at client meetings or on store visits, reviewing the working practice, so it's not an average office job. I love the challenge in my current role and the support that I get is second to none. Our team are very close and there are always people on hand, happy to help out in demanding times. It's like a little family and people really do work together well. We have a laugh, but we're also committed to doing a good job.
Two people from Instore came into my sixth form to talk about careers, and their passion for the business captured me. So, I joined in 2012 as a part-time Co-ordinator and have had two promotions since then. My current job's very diverse. I work with some great clients, but I also have the support of the fantastic office and field teams at Instore. There's a great culture here and a positive atmosphere. Everyone's available to have a chat, listen to a moan or lend a hand when needed. This means you have the time to work independently and grow professionally, but there's support when you need it.
