Our recruitment process

Step 1. Applying online

Search for a job that suits your skills, abilities and ambitions. We'll use the form and the information you give us and then we'll decide if we should put you on the shortlist. Make sure your answers are as detailed and clear as possible. As part of your application we will ask you to upload a CV so please have yours available; if you don't have one, you'll have the opportunity to complete an application form. When you're happy with your application, then submit it to us. We will let you know that we've received it.

Step 2. Reviewing your application

We will review your application against the job you have applied for. Whether we decide to take your application forward or not, we will always let you know.

Step 3. Telephone interview

For some jobs, your first interview could involve a phone call with one of our recruitment team. They will ask you a series of questions that might be about your experience or the skills you need for the job. It is a good idea to think about some examples of your experience and how you have used relevant skills in other situations before the call.

Step 4. Face-to-face interview

Depending on the job you have applied for, this might follow a telephone interview, or it could be your first interview. We will be looking for examples of experience and skills that show how well you are suited to the job, so have some ready. As well as an interview, you might also be asked to do a presentation, a role play or some form of testing. But don't worry, these will all be connected to the job and we will explain everything ahead of time. With some jobs you might be asked to attend further interviews if you're successful.

Step 5. After your interview

After we've finished all the interviews for the job, we'll let you know if you've been successful or not. If we decide to offer you the job, we'll speak with you to let you know and then confirm it in writing. Good luck!

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a valid work permit?

We're only able to employ people who have the legal right to work in the UK, as part of the recruitment process we will need you to provide evidence of this. We are not able to sponsor work permits.

Can I apply for more than one job?

Absolutely! However please be aware that recruitment for each role may move at a different pace.

Why do you monitor equality and diversity information?

You will be asked to volunteer equality and diversity information as part of your application; this is purely for our diversity reporting purposes and isn't linked to your application directly.

Can I get feedback if I have been unsuccessful?

Given the volume of applications received, we're sorry to say that we can't commit to providing detailed feedback to everyone who applies for a job with us, however if you have been interviewed for a role we will do our best to ensure we feedback to you on your performance.
